Length Of Stay
How long can I stay in the UK?
Initially you will be given permission to stay in the UK for up to 2 years to seek work or self-employment opportunities.
After 2 years, you can then apply to stay for longer and may be granted up to a further 3 years leave, but you will need to meet the criteria set down for an extension of leave. We can provide you advice and assistance on an extension application.
