Change Of Name

ways to change your name and we find the most consistent and
most readily acceptable method to change your name is through
preparation of a Change of Name Deed.

In the meantime, we would be more than happy to arrange for
the change of name deed at a competitive cost.
All you need to do is telephone 0800 073 73 76 and provide us
with your current name and address and your new name and
we can prepare all the relevant documents.
After a short meeting, your Change of Name Deed would become
immediately effective.
The law in relation to changing children's names is more
complicated. Please ring us and we will advise you further as to
whether or not you are able to change your children's name.
