Obtain your instructions and ask you for a payment to
cover initial expenditure made on you behalf. Obtain deeds
to your home. Ask you for basic property information and
to complete a form setting out items included in sale
('Fixtures Fittings and Contents Form').
2)Make an application to the Land Registry for an Office
Copy of the Register of the Property and forward them to
the Buyer's Solicitors.
3)Prepare and send the draft Contract to the Buyer's
Solicitors with basic property information and Fixtures
Fittings and Contents Form.
4)Reply to any further queries from the Buyer's Solicitors
after consulting with you.
5)Receive approval of the draft Contract from the
Buyer's Solicitors.
6)Check repayment figures on you re-existing loans.
7)Arrange signing of Sale Contract.
8)Agree a completion date.
9)Exchange Contracts and receive Contract deposit.
NOTE - If you are selling a Leasehold Property provide
your Solicitor with written details of your Ground Rent,
any Service Charges and block Insurances relating to
the Property including Management Company details if
any.
