professional standards at all times. We believe that by delivering consistently high
standards in our own business we can play a part in driving up the standards of the
legal profession generally.
Penn Legal has been accredited with both the ISO 9001 certification and Investors in
People. These accreditations ensure that our business provides our clients with the very
best service a company can offer.
The IS0 9001 accreditation means that clients can be secure in the knowledge we are
guaranteed to deliver and maintain a high standard of service at all levels.
The Investors in People accreditation ensures that we look after our staff. Our view is
that our staff are our main business asset, and if we look after our staff properly they,
in turn, will be in the best position to look after our clients properly. In practice this means
that we have an ongoing training initiative which ensures that our staff are able to deliver
the kind of service demanded by an IS0 9001 accredited company.
Our support staff are trained in all aspects of the latest information technology to ensure
that the client care is the best a legal office can offer. Our Solicitors, too, are familiar
with state of the art information services to keep them abreast of the latest legal
developments. Support staff and trainee solicitors have the additional help of traditional
face to face training on an ongoing basis.
