I qualified in 1988 and specialise in commercial property and development work.
I have acquired and disposed of numerous commercial investment properties with values exceeding £40m in some cases.
I have also acquired sites for development and dealt with the plot sales in some cases numbering in excess of ninety units.
My job is to advise a client on the legal and commercial aspects of a transaction to be proactive and to assist the client in achieving their aims.
I have acted for most of my clients for many years, some have been clients from when I first qualified.
I have worked in the City West End and Islington and have been a partner in a commercial practice.
