Check thoroughly the Lease and report to you fully in writing in plain English
on all the essential important clauses such as Assignment, Sub-letting, Rent Review,
Alterations, Insurance, User, Repairs, Service Charges, etc.
Make all the appropriate pre-contract and pre-lease searches and enquiries.
Check out the planning and user aspects and consider your plans for the property
and intended user.
Deal with any rental deposits and advise Guarantors where relevant.
Deal with any renewals or business leases and ensure statutory notices have been
properly given and that your interests are fully protected at all times.
Complete the matter and deal with the formalities with the Inland Revenue and
HM Land Registry.
