Partnership Deeds
A partnership should always be supported by a formal agreement between the partners that adequately protects the interests of those involved. Without a 'Partnership Deed' the partnership becomes 'a partnership at will' which can be dissolved at will by any partner with immediate effect. A well drafted partnership deed will help ensure that minor niggles do not ruin a viable business and lay down the framework for future growth.
